November - Lauren Cohan
If you've been watching the new series of The Walking Dead you may have noticed that there is a new...well, just a sexy character on screen these days, in the form of Maggie Greene, as played by Lauren Cohan. She's hot alright, a little bit moody and keen to get her kit off in abandoned pharmacies, but geek worthy? Well, actually very much yes.
28 year old Lauren started her career in 2005 with a movie called The Quiet Assassin, but managed to get down to her underwear in National Lampoon's Van Wilder: The Rise Of Taj which she probably never talks about (being in the movie, that is, not being scantily clad). She has continued to work in movies occasionally, most recently in Death Race 2 this year. However, she got a fair dose of geek cred when she won the recurring role of Bela in Supernatural, a role which she held for two years. Other appearances in things like Modern Family, CSI: NY and Cold Case have peppered recurring roles in The Vampire Diaries and Chuck which put her geek-ness quite high. And most importantly, this year she took on the role of Maggie in The Walking Dead, a role which, if the comics are anything to go by, should see her working for the next couple of years.
So charge your glasses and salute Lauren Cohan.

I really enjoy watching her performances in various TV shows and movies. She is terrific in Supernatural (love her character, Bella, as well!). She is also so beautiful to watch and to just listen to as I love to listen to her speak with her refined English accent! I hope she rises to be a A-list star. Only time will tell.
